Every morning I go running on the beach, which I have to drive to, I love the sound of the sea and my mp3 player. Then I sat after my run and shower, reading the newspaper in my tiny empty apartment. I saw a ad for Ormond Beach Real Estate, the very beach that I was running on this morning. I called the bank checked my funds and swore on Monday I would call on it. A month later we had closed on it and I was in my beach house, I no longer have to drive an hour to the beach to run.
