Feeling Better

You can begin attacking anxiety today!  I lived with anxiety for years and it got to the point that I did not even realize how much it was affecting my life.  I decided I needed to change something, do something about it.  The difference between my life with anxiety and my life with anxiety is amazing.  I am no longer afraid to meet new people or try new things.  I take my daughter out to play dates and shopping.  These seem like such simple things, but when I was suffering from debilitating anxiety even those simple things were beyond my ability to cope with.

Get Help

I have been telling a good friend of mines that she needs to get help with her anxiety. It is becoming harder and harder to hang with my close friend and her issues she has to deal with. Sometimes, I feel like I am the one who is suffering with her as well. When we go to the beach or to the store, she fears the worse. She thinks she will get eaten by a shark or get sucked under water. At the store she feels someone is watching her or coming after her. I always tell her she needs to find an “anxiety cure”.
