I Found my Career Because of a Dental Assistant Online Ad

September 8th, 2009 by admin

Four years ago I was working in a job I did not like but could not afford to quit. Even if I did leave, I did not want to go back into another office job which I would hate.  Finally I realized I would need to get some education and change careers, but where to start?  I had no idea what I wanted to do until I was surfing the Net one day and found career website.  It described dental assistant online courses, so I did more research.  Soon I was enrolled in a program and loved it.  For the last year I have been working at a job I love and now it is fun getting up in the morning.

September 7th, 2009 by admin

LPN’s, or a Licensed Practical Nurse, usually provides direct support for the RN, or Registered Nurse. They perform bedside duties to sick patients, doing basic routine check ups that the RN’s don’t have time to do! This is your chance to become an LPN with lpn training. Most LPN programs have weekend and/or evening classes, so you can work around your current schedule. It’s a demanding job and the training can take anywhere from one to two years, but if you have a desire to work in the medical industry but don’t like all the messy work, this could be the job you seek!

Pros & Cons of Peer to Peer Loans

September 1st, 2009 by admin

Peer to peer loans are not the answer to everyone’s prayers but they do work in many cases.  They have helped to better the economy by making money available to people who may not have been able to borrow from a bank during the current economic crisis.  They provide fair rates of return for lenders and make money available at a reasonable price for those needing it.  It is a fairly safe way for lenders to realize rewards from their investments.  Most borrowers have acceptable credit ratings so risk is minimized somewhat. Most peer to peer lending companies require that their lenders are U.S. residents in the state where the company operates.  And, investors choose how they want to invest the money that they are lending.  If there is no payment from the borrower, then the lender will not get paid and returns plummet.  It is possible that a lender will never realize a profit from the money he has loaned and, in fact, may lose all of it.  Nothing in the process is guaranteed or insured.

I Can Save Others Like Her

August 26th, 2009 by admin

Sometimes, the most loving thing you can do for a person is to make them accountable for their actions. They won’t like you for it, but it could save their life. I learned this the hard way. My daughter started taking drugs at the age of sixteen. There were those who tried to tell me, but I didn’t believe them. I made excuses for her when she stayed out past curfew, lied to me, and stole money out of my wallet. Now she’s dead of an overdose, and I know it’s partially my fault. The only thing I can think to do is get into a criminal justice degree program. I can’t save my daughter, but maybe I can save others like her.

Only The Best Cream Puff Recipe

August 26th, 2009 by admin

There can only be the easiest and the best cream puff recipe online. This may sound a little bit ambitious, but I truly believe that such cream puff recipe exists. All this time, I thought that all cream puffs are alike. They all have a crunchy shell and a soft gooey inside. Of course, the very noticeable topping on each puff is a caramelized sugar. These are the usual cream puffs being served on buffets. I was lucky to have eaten cream puffs that made use of custard with alcohol contents. The topping used was that of bitter sweet dark chocolate sauce.

See Why Many People Are Receiving Pharmacy Technician Training

August 22nd, 2009 by admin

My best friend Dave has always been the kind of guy who wants to go to college but is afraid to give up his job and take a chance. He makes a pretty good wage, but he really isn’t that happy at what he’s doing. I told him that a guy with his brains and desire to help people should really be working in the medical profession. One day he surprised me. He told me that he has enrolled and will begin receiving pharmacy technician training soon. I am so happy for Dave. I know that he will be very happy in his new vocation.

Mother of two wild boys

July 27th, 2009 by admin

I’m a mother of two wild and crazy boys who I love with all my heart..but at one and five there is not much time for myself. I recently had to go back to school. I desperately need a better job to support us as I’m a single mom and don’t have nearly enough support from their father. I don’t have the time to study during the day plus go to class at night, be a full time mom etc. Anyhow I recently got some advice from my professor about a book called “Making the Grade” which she told me would guarantee me to get better grades. What a great find! Like I said I don’t have a lot of time and this was an easy read and most importantly REALLY helped!!! I feel like I just learned a secret trick and just had to share!

I Found Him

July 20th, 2009 by admin

I never knew my grandfather. He left my grandmother when she was pregnant with my mother. A few years later, she received news that he had died. That’s all I know about him. I have always wondered how he died, and if he had any other family that may still be living. My grandmother would never answer any questions I asked her. She just said that I should let the dead stay dead. So I finally decided to look in the Texas state death records. I didn’t know if he would be there, but I found him! I also found an obituary that said he had a sister who was still living at the time of his death.
