Diet Tips For Acid Reflux

There are numerous tips for an acid reflux diet. Lose weight, avoid eating large meals especially right before bedtime, remain upright for at least an hour after a meal, eat high complex carbohydrate foods, avoid fast foods, limit or abstain from alcohol and avoid foods that stimulate acid production. The latter would include coffee, tomatoes, citrus fruits, spicy foods, chocolate and alcohol. This acid reflux diet is only a beginning in one’s way of changing dietary habits.
