It is possible to work out at home and see some considerable progress as far as your abdominal muscles are concerned. Although it certainly is possible to do body weight exercises for any of the muscles in your body, is a flat stomach exercise that is really going to allow you to see some benefits by working out at home. There are two different exercises that I do, the plank and the bicycle crunch. I make sure that I do these regularly, always engaging my core in order to strengthen it. Not only does this help me to feel better, it makes me a stronger person.
