I am trying to figure out whether or not to buy a weight loss guide, so I am looking into the different options available and checking out the reviews people have written to see whether or not they might be worth trying. Can anyone tell me if Fat Loss 4 Idiots is worth the money? Is there a website somewhere that has Fat Loss 4 Idiots reviews I can check out? I really want to find out whether or not people like this guide, and whether they found it useful in reaching their weight loss goals. This is the guide that sounds most intriguing to me at first glance.
