During 10 years I have had thousands of bodybuilding supplements

I have been weight training now for over 10 years and although my gains are much slower these days I still manage to increase the amount of weight I can lift every year. I put this down to a combination of a strict training regime and also a great knowledge of Bodybuilding Supplements. You know it is down to which ones to take and at what time. It is very important to get plenty of protein and carbs in straight after training as you have a window of opportunity in which you can really maximise your growth potential. This is the best time for growing.
