I have been thinking about getting into real estate investing and I know that there are a lot of great deals out there right now. I am looking for pre foreclosure homes right now since I know that there are a lot of them and those can be a very good investment. I am not sure if I want to flip the houses yet or rent them out, I just decided that I wanted to get into it and now would be a good time to do it. Since I own my own house free and clear and I already have an investor I think that I am set to go.
