Buck Field Inn

Most wines, I find, are either too dry or too acidic for my taste. Admittedly, I have been getting bolder with my choices as I am getting older. In addition, I have recently discovered that the rose wines, formerly considered “simple,” have a delicious flavor without being too sweet to enjoy with dinner. I was happy to go on a local California wine tasting tour with some friends recently, where we were able to sample many different kinds of wine, and pick out just the ones that right for me. Besides all the great information we received, I also enjoyed the fact that I could try a wine without having to buy an entire bottle to see if I liked it.
